"The ultimate goal at Recoup is to transition patients from intervention in the clinic to independent management with an understanding of your condition so that you can ultimately "treat" and manage future recurrences yourself. I think education is the biggest service I can provide, helping patients understand the underlying causes and triggers of their pain enables them to take control and shorten their time in recovery."
Terry is passionate about helping people move, feel, and live better through a compassionate and evidence-based approach to physical therapy. She earned a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from New York Medical College and a Clinical Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Southern California, building a strong foundation in advanced clinical skills and pain science.

Terry believes that effective care starts with truly understanding the complexity of each patient’s experience with pain. Her treatment style blends targeted manual therapy, customized exercise programs, and patient education to create lasting, meaningful results. Each 60-minute session is designed to address the root causes of symptoms and support long-term recovery. While Terry specializes in persistent pain and orthopedic conditions, she also treats a wide range of issues including lymphedema, cervicogenic headaches, and vestibular disorders like dizziness and vertigo. She is committed to ongoing learning and has earned certifications in vestibular and post-concussion rehabilitation, as well as golf performance assessment through the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI).

At Recoup, Terry works closely with her patients to align their personal goals with the best available medical evidence. Her mission is to alleviate symptoms, restore function, and empower every individual to take charge of their health, performance, and quality of life.
